Whole Tyre Reclaim Rubber

Our primary focus concerns reclamation of rubber obtained from end-of-life truck and bus radial tyres. This type of rubber is made from the end of the tyre and the thread's peeling. Various grades of reclaimed rubber are produced matching different needs and utility.

Whole Tyre Reclaimed Rubber

Whole Tyre Reclaimed Rubber (WTR) is a sustainable material made by recycling old vehicle tyres.

During original manufacturing, tyre rubber is chemically hardened (vulcanised) so it cannot melt. To make WTR, factories shred used tyres and apply heat, pressure, and chemicals to undo this hardening. This process is called devulcanisation.

It breaks the rigid chemical bonds, making the scrap rubber soft, flexible, and reusable. Manufacturers can then reshape it or mix it with fresh raw rubber to make new products.
