Steel Cut Wire Shots are obtained by cutting wire into lengths equal to the wire diameter. Steel cut wire shots are widely used in foundry, forging and automotive industries for cleaning, deburring, descaling, shot peening and surface improvement. Applications of Cut Wire Shots

Cut wire shots are frequently used in the sand cleaning, rust cleaning, reinforcing, forming, and stress-relieving processes in the casting, forging, machinery, metallurgy, heat treatment, steel structure, grid structure, container, ship, repairing and construction, bridges, mining, etc. sectors. Additionally, cut wire shots are used for stone cutting, magnetic shot casting, roughness pretreatment prior to electro plating, and surface cleaning and coating of various materials. For heavy concrete and blast furnace refractories, cut wire shot is frequently used as an addition to improve performance characteristics like wear resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-erosiveness, electrostatic shielding, and radiation resistance.
